7/31/09 Munden's Inshore Slam!

Glad I did not have Gordon Munden's cell phone number -because I called the night before to cancel the trip - it was windy and the water was dirty. Gordon and Connie had a great trip in '08 and I was afraid the fish wouldn't bite this year.
Anyway I never got in touch with him so we met up at the dock the next morning- We gave it a try and I'm glad we went! Connie scored with a 23" redfish then a couple of really nice specks. Gordon switch over to flounder fishing a caught a 4 pounder on his first few cast. By then we had enough trout and we decided to flounder fish the rest of the morning. The Munden's put it on them with 7-8 flatfish and Connie got the inshore slam- in style with a big redfish, a 3+ pound speck and a 3+ pound flounder!!!
Glad we didn't cancel that one- great morning!!!
