All three of us have stayed busy fishing all weekend- But here's my report...

Took Dustin Wilharm and crew offshore on 5/23- the forecast was just wrong- we got the the grouper grounds it was a solid 5 foot sea- but these guys were tough and we had a nice catch of red grouper and Dustin caught a real nice gag grouper as well.  It was all the snappers you wanted and as we do every year we had a great time- (well most of us anyway)  ALWAYS a trip I look forward to every year...

Inshore 5/24 I had some guys I had been waiting 2 years to fish again with - Chip Robinson, Chip York, and Cody Robinson.  We had king mackerel fished in October a couple of year back and had a great afternoon- this year we were chasing redfish.  First stop and we had big nice tailing redfish!  I thought it was going to be one of those days.  However we COULD NOT get them to bite- a first for me- but that's how it goes.  Water inshore is pretty dirty from last week's big blow (I guess I use that as my excuse).  Switched over to live shrimp and Cody caught a few fish- good to see these guys again and I hope to see them all again soon!

Great weekend- spent with good friends- despite the bad seas and slow fishing...  Here's a few pics from the trips
