Had a good crew today- all I had to do was say "Tony" and someone would answer every time!  Tony Baker and his friend Tony helped me break in the new Pathfinder in style.  I started by netting some live shrimp and mullets- the shrimp were a little on the small side but they worked.  We found a few trout early and then the monster tide came and the fishing got tough.  Search for some tailing reds but it was too much tide.

I told those guys they would fire up again if the tide would ever start out.  About 2 hours into the falling tide while working a bank we found a nice school of trout, small reds and even a keeper flounder mixed in as well as a gray trout.  All of these fish were hitting gulp 3" pogies rather than the live bait...  Tony and Tony hung in there all day... and we were all rewarded with some nice fish and some tasty fillets for them to take back to Gastonia!
