Excellent Fishing day with Mike and Zack Barrett.
We headed offshore and scored big with the king mackerel, and amberjacks... Also caught 3 cobia as well as a nice mahi... It was non-stop action and we all had a blast.
Zack lost a really big king mack at the boat after about a 30 minute battle and the fish spooling a speedmaster! We got several good look at the fish- and he was about 10 feet from gaff range. Also lost 2 more cobia at the boat- there were coming in 2-3 at a time and would eat every bait out there. Had a triple with cobia's on at one point.
Found a school of 15-30 pound jacks and the boys caught about 16 of them.
Calm seas and hungry fish it was indeed a good day to be on the water.
