Afternoon 11/20/07 Albies on the fly

Dropped off Joe Taglia and crew and picked up local author Bobby Sands. Bobby is the past president of the Cape Fear Fly Fishing Club and also wrote a great book "Racing Sunrises"- about his fishing and hunting travels through life.
We headed back out to the albies they were moving fast but when we caught up to them there were four or five pods we worked the rest of the day.
I always told people we do not have the amount of fish as Cape Lookout but when you find them you have them all to yourself- no 50 boats running to you and then some flapper shirt wearing guide from Florida cussing you. I'll stay here- and leave the chaos there.
Great afternoon - on the fish below Bobby actually got down to the knot on his backing!!! Then I even got to catch one!!!
