It was payback time for me shooting my buddies turkey.  To make a long story short- A couple of years ago my buddy Mike Craig and I went to the lowcounty of SC and hunted the March 15th opener.  We called in two nice longbeards and the plan was for me to shoot the turkey on the right and for him to take the one on the left.  Anyway I ended up shooting the wrong one- and ever since then have heard about it. 

So I invited Mike Craig down for some hunting so maybe he would forget about the little mishap in SC.  Wishful thinking on my part.  I think he told that turkey story to his buddy Barry about 45 times over the weekend!

We ended up have a couple a excellent days.  They quail hunted on Friday and then we hog hunted on Saturday.  Both were bow hunters and had good shots less than 20 yards.  Oh yea we heard turkeys gobbling on Saturday morning! 

May be fishing tomorrow will post a report if I go.
